Boost your team's performance with our CliftonStrengths-based virtual sessions. In Session 1, participants identify their strengths and develop strategies to enhance contributions. Session 2 aligns expectations and leverages collective team talent for better performance.

  • CliftonStrengths assessment and report for each participant

  • 4-hour virtual session for up to 10 participants facilitated by a certified CliftonStrengths coach

  • Individual, breakout and group activities to foster connection and deeper understanding

  • Two individual leader consultations to customize training and debrief

  • Additional participants may be added for $100 per person for a total of up to 30 participants.
