Meet Collette Revere, Founder of Open 360™
Collette Revere, the driving force behind Open360™, began her career as a therapist, focusing on family systems and dynamics. She quickly saw that the same challenges families face also appear in workplaces. Transitioning to the corporate world, Collette dedicated herself to supporting leaders and teams, discovering that the key solutions were universal: self-awareness, healthy boundaries, personal responsibility, emotional safety, and open communication.
For over a decade, Collette has passionately worked to help leaders and organizations create effective, comprehensive systems for people and performance built on transparency, respect, and partnership. Collette's qualifications are diverse and well-suited for her role, reflecting her deep expertise and commitment. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology, is accredited as an ICF and Gallup strengths coach, and is a certified change management professional.
Open360™ was born from her desire to transform the often-dreaded 360 review process into an experience of partnership, open communication, and sustainable growth. As with all good things, Open360™ came together as part of a collaborative effort with the love, energy, and support of other talented professionals who have been indispensable in making this idea a reality.
